Regarding delivery and information services,
Applications close in the morning of December 31st, and deliveries and information will resume on January 8th.
◾️About delivery requests for reserved items
We will send you an invoice for the items that can be confirmed by the morning of December 31st, but please note that if the invoice settlement has not been completed by that morning, delivery will be delayed until January 8th.
◾️About reservation deadline
If the deadline is between 12/31 and 1/7, we will not send an invoice due to the congestion we will experience when we reopen, and will instead ship the item on 1/8 as cash on delivery.If you wish to use a payment method other than this, please request that the item be held and shipped before the end of the year.
We will of course be accepting purchases and reservations from January 1st to the 7th, so thank you for your cooperation!
