Hold function

At the TEQ record shop, you can use a hold service that allows you to store your ordered items for a certain period of time and accept additional orders during that period.

Reservation period

The maximum holding period is 14 days . You can add hold items as many times as you like for 14 days after you first start a hold.
After the hold period has passed, we will calculate the price of the reserved product and send you a settlement email .
Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed within the settlement email deadline ( within 24 hours of issuance ), the product will be shipped by cash on delivery .
Also, please note that once reserved items cannot be canceled in principle .

Reserve procedure

1. Click "Add to cart" on the product page to add the product to the cart.

2. Proceed to the " Payment" page from the " Proceed to checkout" button in the cart.

*Please do not click "shop Pay" or "PayPal".

* If you want to specify the delivery date for a hold order, please enter the delivery date when placing the order . If you make an additional hold, we will prioritize the delivery date set in the latest order . If you would like to change the delivery date after placing your order, please contact us here .

3. Enter "Shipping address information" → "Select shipping method", then select " Reserve " from the selection items of "Payment method", and click "Pay now" to complete the order. increase. We will inform you about the purchase details by automatic reply mail.

* When placing additional orders for hold items, the shipping fee will be added for each order, but only the shipping fee for one item will be calculated at the time of delivery. Shipping is free for orders totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more . (Even if the total amount of reserved items exceeds 10,000 yen, free shipping will not be applied if the total amount of one order is 10,000 yen or less.)

Reserve payment and delivery

1. After logging in, please proceed to the hold payment screen from the " Ship hold order " button displayed on the cart or account page.



2. From the viewpoint of strengthening security, we use email authentication to log in for hold payments. Please enter the e-mail address registered in the member information in the form and log in using the authentication code sent to the e-mail address.

The authentication code may not be delivered to addresses such as those of mobile carriers ( ezweb.ne.jp , docomo.ne.jp , softbank.ne.jp , etc.) . If you would like to change the email address associated with your membership information, please contact us here with the email address you wish to register. )


3. From the "Pay Now" button, proceed to the payment screen, select a payment method, and complete the payment.

* Please do not select " Reserve " as the payment method when paying for a hold order. (Please note that it is not possible to extend the hold deadline.)

4. As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will process the shipment of the product.

About expiry of hold

For orders that have passed the hold deadline, we will send you a settlement email . Please complete the payment within the deadline of the settlement email ( within 24 hours from issuance ) and confirm the payment.

*You cannot select " Reserve " as the payment method when paying for a hold order.
*Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline after sending the payment email, the product will be delivered by cash on delivery .
