What is TEQ record shop?

Inheriting the philosophy of TECHNIQUE, making use of our know-how so far,
Develop new markets while securing procurement routes,
I would like to continue to deliver dance music records that are difficult to obtain in Japan.

会員登録について

Can I purchase without registering as a member?

yes. Customers who shop at our store are required to register as a member.

We will send useful information to our customers, such as cart information, favorite information, and advantageous coupon information.

Is membership registration free?

There is no registration fee, renewal fee, maintenance fee, membership fee, etc. for membership registration. Please feel free to register.

I want to change my membership details

The person-shaped icon at the top right of the screen is your My Page.
There is an item called [Account] at the top of this menu, so please change your registration information from here.

If you would like to change your e-mail address, please contact us using the inquiry form.

ショッピング方法

How to order

When you have decided on the item you want to purchase, please press the "Add to Cart" button.
Clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right will take you to the shopping cart page.

Check the contents of your cart and click [Proceed to Checkout] if you are satisfied.
If you want to specify the delivery date and time, please set it in the upper calendar of the purchase procedure button.

Enter the required items and click [Continue to shipping method selection].

Select your shipping method and check the shipping charges.

Please click [Proceed to payment].

Select your payment method, click Pay Now and complete the payment to complete your order.

Immediately after completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, so please be sure to check it.

*If you are using Gmail, emails from our store may be classified under the promotion tab. If you do not see your order confirmation email or shipping notification email in your inbox, please check your promotions tab and spam folder as well.

Reservation ( PRE ORDER ) About the product

[How to pre-order]

Please click [Pre-order] on the product page to add the product to your cart and place an order once.
Please select the desired payment method from the payment method selection and complete the payment.
If payment cannot be confirmed within the specified deadline for each payment method, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Precautions・For system reasons, pre-orders for multiple items cannot be accepted. Please place a pre-order for each item individually.
・If you do not want the item to be delivered immediately after the reserved item arrives and you would like to add the item to a hold, please select hold as the payment method at the time of reservation purchase.
・Reserved items purchased with a payment method other than hold will be shipped individually after arrival, regardless of whether or not they are held at the time of arrival.
・We do not accept cancellations after the reserved items have arrived. Please note. If you wish to cancel your order before the reserved item arrives, please contact us by email.

[After the reserved product arrives]
As soon as the product arrives, we will notify you via your registered email address.
If you did not select "Reserve" when you reserved the item, we will proceed with the delivery procedure and ship the item as soon as it arrives.
Customers who have selected "Reserve" at the time of reservation will be added to the reserve list after the product arrives.
Please make a hold delivery request and deliver the item within the hold deadline.
After the hold period has passed, we will calculate the price of the reserved product and send you a settlement email.
Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed within the settlement email deadline (within 24 hours of issuance), the product will be shipped by cash on delivery.

About the back order request

Items that are not in stock will have a Request Back Order button.
We place orders for products that are frequently requested by customers from overseas distributors. However, due to the nature of the product, we do not guarantee that it will always arrive. Also, depending on the time and timing, some will be re-pressed after a few months.

If we receive it, we will notify you by email or SMS to your registered email address.

Can I reserve it?

At the TEQ record shop, you can use a hold service that allows you to store your ordered items for a certain period of time and accept additional orders during that period.
The maximum holding period is 14 days . You can add hold items as many times as you like for 14 days after you first start a hold.

We mainly deal in new/used records and CDs imported from all over the world.

Bank transfer (temporarily suspended)

For customers who have selected "bank transfer" as their payment method, the bank transfer information will be included in the order confirmation email, so please follow the instructions and complete the payment within the deadline (within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays). Please complete the payment procedure.
We will ship the item immediately after confirming the transfer. Once the transfer is complete, please let us know via email so that the process will proceed smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

credit card

Cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover logos can be used, including cards issued overseas.

All credit information is sent encrypted.

Can I pay by registered mail?

We are sorry, but we do not accept registered mail.
Please select "Bank transfer" (temporarily suspended).

Can I use electronic money?

GOOGLE PAY and APPLE PAY can be used.

Convenience store payment (temporarily suspended)

Convenience store payments can be made via the payment agency service KOMOJU (Degica Co., Ltd.).
Payment can be made at Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, and Seicomart.
Payment deadline is 3 days. Please pay within the deadline.

*A fee of 190 yen will be charged.

cash on delivery

Customers who select "cash on delivery" as the payment method will be charged a cash on delivery fee. The handling fee will be as follows, depending on the total amount of goods, as specified by Sagawa Express.

10,000 yen or less 330 yen (300 yen excluding tax)
30,000 yen or less 440 yen (400 yen excluding tax)
100,000 yen or less 660 yen (600 yen excluding tax)
300,000 yen or less 1,100 yen (1,000 yen excluding tax)

Cash on delivery payment is cash in principle.

*Customers in Okinawa and islands who live in areas where the cash-on-delivery system cannot be used may be asked to pay by bank transfer. Details will be sent by email after ordering.

about shipping cost

We will ship by Sagawa Express.
If you live in Okinawa Prefecture or some remote islands, we will ship by Yu-Pack.

Hokkaido/Honshu/Shikoku/Kyushu: 620 Yen Okinawa Prefecture/Some remote islands: 1630 Yen

About delivery date and time designation

We will do our best to accommodate the date specified. Time zone designation is accepted according to the regulations of Sagawa Express. Please understand beforehand that it may not be possible to specify the time zone depending on the day of the week and the area.
The time slots that can be specified are as follows.

Morning (8:00-12:00)
12:00 to 14:00
14:00-16:00
16:00-18:00
18:00-20:00
18:00-21:00
19:00-21:00

How many days will it take for the goods to arrive?

Normally, the product will arrive within 1 to 7 days after the order is placed.

Are you ready to order?

After your order is completed, we will automatically send an order completion notice to your registered email address, so please check it.
If you do not receive the e-mail, an error may have occurred, so please contact us from the inquiry form.
*Customers using Gmail may have received the email in the Promotions tab. Please also check.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Please note that once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, the product content changed, or the shipping address or payment method changed.

If you find an error in your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

Product never arrives

We will investigate the situation as soon as possible, so please contact us from the inquiry form.

I want to cancel, return or exchange the product I received

Cancellations, returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases where " the delivered product is defective" or "the delivered product is different from the ordered product" .
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any other reason.

[Major conditions for not accepting cancellations, exchanges, or returns]

If you have lost the "delivery note" enclosed with the product when it is delivered. Products that have been used for more than 8 days after the product arrives. Products with price tags, inner bags, or accessories that have been cut off or lost

The product I received was defective

If the delivered product is damaged and cannot be played normally, we will return or exchange the product at our expense (cash on delivery). Please contact us and explain.

Please note that we may charge the shipping fee to the customer if no damage is found after the returned item is returned and the item can be played.

The product I received is different from the product I ordered

If the delivered product is different from the one you ordered, please contact us and explain within 7 days after the product arrives.

We will promptly process the return or exchange.
