If you live in Okinawa Prefecture or some remote islands, we will ship by Yu-Pack.

About delivery date and time specification

We will do our best to accommodate the specified dates. Time zone specifications are accepted in accordance with Sagawa Express regulations. Please note that depending on the day of the week or region, it may not be possible to specify the time.
The time slots you can specify are as follows.

We plan to ship to regions outside of Japan using EMS or Small Packet ( No tracking Up to 2 kilograms ).
The shipping fee is determined by the destination and the weight of the order.

Bank transfer (temporarily suspended)

For customers who have selected "bank transfer" as their payment method, the bank transfer information will be included in the order confirmation email, so please follow the instructions and complete the payment within the deadline (within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays). Please complete the payment procedure.
We will ship the item immediately after confirming the transfer. Once the transfer is complete, please let us know via email so that the process will proceed smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

Convenience store settlement

Convenience store payments are available at Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, and Seicomart.
Payment deadline is 3 days. Please pay on time.
*A fee of 190 yen will be charged.


cash on delivery

Customers who select "Cash on Delivery" as their payment method will be charged a cash on delivery fee. The handling fee will be as follows depending on the total amount of the product as specified by Sagawa Express.

As a general rule, cash on delivery payments are made in cash.

*Customers from Okinawa and the islands who live in places where the cash on delivery system cannot be used may be asked to pay by bank transfer. Details will be sent to you via email after ordering.
